Pleasing our diners’ palates is the aim of our kitchen team that is headed by Markus Semrau. To prepare our culinary treats, we use only carefully chosen ingredients and cook our dishes with love. You can taste it in the results.

Our specialities include game and fish dishes, and steaks prepared on a hot stone. And, because we have a responsibility to the Eifel, we only use meat from Eifel game reserves, and vary our menu in accordance with seasonal availability.

We serve multi-course dinners with exquisite wines, à la carte, or lighter meals for »in between times« – just as you wish.
